Shipping policy

We aim to ship all items the next business day after your order was placed, or once payment has cleared. Sometimes orders can be delayed due to availability and other circumstances out of our control. If we can't send out your items within a few days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Standard Shipping Costs

Standard North Island: $10
Standard South Island: $14

Rural delivery may incur an additional fee.

We currently do not offer standard shipping outside New Zealand. If you live outside of New Zealand please contact us at kea.skates@gmail.com to arrange shipping and delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

We use NZ post to ship all items. On average packages are delivered within 3 business days, however some packages and rural delivery can take longer to arrive. Please remember these timeframes are estimates and some packages may take longer to arrive due to circumstances out of our control. If you don't receive your items after 5 days please contact us at kea.skates@gmail.com so we can try to chase it up.
